Fire safety must be integrated from early concept. We support projects across all RIBA Stages 0–7, embedding fire engineering into design, planning and construction. We define fire objectives during early concept, produce detailed strategies for regulatory approval, and support technical design with drawing reviews, specification checks and system integration guidance.
During construction and handover, we assist with compliance validation, commissioning, digital information packs and Golden Thread documentation. Our presence through RIBA stages reduces risk, redesign costs and approval delays, ensuring safety measures are both compliant and buildable.
We work collaboratively with design teams, contractors and clients to keep information coordinated and transparent.
